- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Work flexible hours and meet performance targets.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates or Students seeking entry-level positions.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and people skills, ability to work in a call center environment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require shifts, comfortable working at a desk.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
