簡介
- Follow food safety standards and hotel/restaurant HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with chefs on specific cuts and quantities needed for daily operations.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or spoilage.
- Operate butchering equipment safely (e.g., bandsaw, slicer, knives).
職位要求
- Must be willing to WORK ABROAD!
- with Valid Passport at least two (2) years validity.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience as a butcher in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or banquet kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and safe food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with HACCP and sanitation standards.
