The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you'll be a cornerstone of our revenue generation engine. You'll leverage your strong communication skills and strategic mindset to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential leads, propelling them through the sales funnel to become loyal customers.

 

Your Impact:

Drive Sustainable Revenue Growth: Your primary focus is to cultivate new business opportunities. You'll utilize strategic research and marketing techniques to generate qualified leads that align perfectly with our target market and business objectives.

Become a Lead Generation Machine: Be a master of lead nurturing. You'll engage with potential clients through various channels like calls, emails, social media, and face-to-face interactions to educate them on our value proposition and industry insights.

Champion Customer Acquisition: Effectively qualify prospects and identify those with the highest potential for success. Your efforts directly impact our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth rate and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

Foster Long-Term Client Relationships: Build strong rapport with potential clients, addressing their inquiries and building genuine interest in our offerings.

Own Your Performance: Take ownership of your results and actively manage your sales pipeline. Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding KPIs like lead generation, conversion rates, and MRR contribution.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • A minimum of three years of sales experience. (Bonus points for experience in a BDR or similar lead generation role!)
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A solid understanding of our industry and the competitive landscape.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work onsite and during PH holidays
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
