Job Description:

• Work closely with our Chief Growth Officer to coordinate with internal operations and lessors, ensuring timely and cost-efficient store openings.
• Manage relationships with lessors from initial contact up to space turnover to our operations team (Yellow House).
• Analyze potential retail spaces, including foot traffic, area relevance, and market potential.
• Proactively generate leads for new store locations.
• Support in nurturing long-term relationships with lessors and real estate contacts.

Who You Are:

• Results-driven with a passion for business development and growth.
• A good communicator with strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Organized and self-motivated—you know how to take the lead and get things done.
• Previous experience in retail expansion, real estate, or F&B business development is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby provinces a plus!
