Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business development strategies to heighten company profitability. Their main duties include applying different sales strategies and working with dedication to increasing sales. The goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and maintaining strong client/customer relationships.


JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Developing and sustaining relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  • Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
  • Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities.
  • Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  • Providing continuous after- sales support and feedback.
  • Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meeting with potential customers to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.


JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, promotions, advertising sales or related field.
  • At least 2 years sales/ marketing experience (prior Sales Track Record)
  • Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to travel as needed.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills. Strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented.
