Business Development (Outbound)

Full Onsite | Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

Up to 50k (depending on experience) + commissions

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who enjoys talking to people and building connections. In this role, you’ll actively reach out to customers, start conversations, and turn them into meaningful opportunities. What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to promote products, services, or special offers
• Connect and build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions
• Manage and follow up on leads to create opportunities
• Keep records accurate and up to date using CRM tools and call center software
• Hit and exceed sales targets while maintaining quality customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in outbound sales, business development, telemarketing, call center (sales) roles preferred
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• A confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
• Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic software.
• Target-driven with a proactive, go-getter attitude
• Bonus: Experience handling AU/US clients
