簡介

Brand Acquisition & Partnership Development

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard brands that can benefit from Influencer marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals and pitches to attract potential brand partners.
  • Negotiate contractspricing, and collaboration terms with brands.
  • Continuously explore and secure sponsorships for events and campaigns.

Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and Creators, ensuring their alignment with brand campaigns.
  • Strategically match brands with the right KOLs and Creators to maximize engagement and sales performance.
  • Handle conflict resolution and ensure satisfaction for both brands and creators.

Event Planning & Sponsorships

  • Plan and execute networking eventsworkshops, and promotional campaigns that involve brands, KOLs, and Creators.
  • Secure sponsorships from brand partners to fund and support creator-driven events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and brand visibility.
  • Measure and report on the success and impact of events.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the content team to develop brand-aligned marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the agency’s sales and creative teams to ensure brand needs are met.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve the overall business development strategy.


職位要求

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, PR, or Account Management.
  • Strong existing connections in various industries (FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Tech, etc.).
  • Experience working with TikTok marketing, influencer collaborations, or digital agencies is a plus.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives and influencers.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in event planning and sponsorship acquisition.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
