Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the retail network strategy aligned with HQ's overall goals and budget.
Spearhead commercial negotiations with dealer groups and oversee the full network expansion nationwide.
Manage the end-to-end dealership development cycle—from prospecting and qualifying new dealers to contract signing and grand openings.
Ensure all retail sites meet Omoda & Jaecoo’s VI/SI (Visual Identity / Store Identity) standards during activation and ongoing operations.
Deliver timely market intelligence and competitive analysis to guide strategic adjustments and expansion planning.
Oversee performance evaluation of the dealer network, providing actionable insights and driving continuous improvement.
Lead planning and execution of pop-up exhibitions and brand activations, including site selection, setup, and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in automotive retail network development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in dealer acquisition, network expansion, and operational management.
Strong network and working relationships with dealer groups and industry stakeholders.
Experienced in project management, including site selection, architectural approvals, and rollout of brand standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
High resilience under pressure, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
Fluent in English; other local languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Philippines.
