This role requires one that will act as the pivotal link between business stakeholders(TD, ORM, CTL) and our technical teams. To be responsible for eliciting and analyzing complex data and automation requirements to drive the development of high-impact solutions that support the bank's risk management and organizational functions.

• Lead the end-to-end analysis for new initiatives and enhancements, delivering critical artifacts (business process models, functional specs, etc.).
• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on system issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate and validate the work of other analysts to ensure all deliverables meet defined business logic and quality standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business analysis best practices (BABOK, BPMN, SDLC, Agile).
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for both in-house development and third-party package solutions.
• Develop and compile management reports, providing actionable insights and solutions for systems-related issues.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Experience Level: Over 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis and data management.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Business Analysis, Data Management, Programming & Scripting, Financial Software, Business Intelligence, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Microsoft technology.
• Working Conditions: Hybrid work environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
