Perform routine maintenance on buildings and equipment.
Inspect and troubleshoot issues in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Execute repairs and installations as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Document repairs and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, air conditioning repair, installation, routine inspections, and welding. Knowledge of safety and distribution components is essential.
