Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance issues.
- Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants.
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; relevant certifications in building maintenance or related fields preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of practical experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in electrical systems, air conditioning repair and installation, civil works, and general maintenance. Strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: May involve indoor and outdoor work, exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, proactive, and possess a strong work ethic with problem-solving skills.
