Responsible for the supervision of other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation
Responsible for the maintenance of all machinery and equipment in the building. It is also responsible for the smooth operation of the technical facilities.
Maintains cordial and friendly relations with the building owners, occupants, and tenants, and ensures that their complaints are acted upon expeditiously.
Responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring, and effective use of building equipment and technical facilities.
Responsible for march-in/march-out procedures
Ensures that all policies, systems, and procedures are followed and strictly implemented.
Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule.
Responsible for the supervision of external contractors. It is also responsible for their performance evaluation.
Ensure that safety rules and procedures are complied with.
Conduct regular walk-around and inspections to ensure that all delegated tasks are properly acted upon.
Coordinates with external contractors for specific projects and reports to the Building Administrator for approval.
all other related tasks as required.
