- Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and building fixtures.
- Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues related to safety, cleanliness, and structural integrity.
- Cleaning & Upkeep: Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Waste Management: Manage waste disposal and recycling processes.
- Inventory: Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies and repair materials.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in coordinating with external vendors and service providers for major repairs or projects.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to minor maintenance emergencies.
