Reporting and under Supervision by the Facilities Building Maintenance Technician.
Minor repair & new installation of plumbing, electrical, office furniture, floor tiles, roof, door, windows, and other Building related equipment.
Perform Cleaning of the area after making the repair and installation.
Conduct periodic inspection of facility and equipment as assigned by the supervisor.

Must be a graduate of Technical Vocational preferably Electromechanical Technology
Must have at least 1 year experience handling facilities work on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems in a Semiconductor company.
Knowledgeable in Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Metal & Wood Fabrication, Arc & Gas Welding, and painting works.
Must have the ability to climb heights, and climb onto ladder or scaffold.
With knowledge on evaluation, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, basic structural or including roof systems in the building.
Willing to render overtime and be on shifting schedule
Must be willing to be assigned in Light Industry Science Park II, Real, Calamba, Laguna
