We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Broker Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing administrative and operational support to brokers, ensuring seamless workflows and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist brokers with day-to-day tasks, including managing client inquiries, appointments, and correspondence.
Prepare and review documentation, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and update client databases and records.
Coordinate with internal teams to support broker activities and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required reports and documents.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and regulations to better assist brokers.
