Brand Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing strategies, assisting with brand initiatives, handling media relations, producing engaging content through copywriting, and supporting the marketing department with administrative tasks.
Digital and Social Media Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in brainstorming, planning and strategizing for digital, and social media campaigns.
- Aid in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor daily leads and track digital accomplishments to prepare regular monthly reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and digital media agencies to create media plans, set target KPIs, and plan content materials for both organic and paid campaigns.
- Assist in creating content such as reels, videos, photos, and other creative materials for roadshows and events.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and data on online platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, official website, etc.
Brand Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to ensure consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with target audience.
- Assist in monitoring and implementing brand executions, including OOH (Out-Of-Home), Print Ads, Radio, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, B2B.
- Distribute creative materials (e.g., showroom collaterals, sales toolkits, banners, etc.) as requested by dealer partners or other related departments.
Media Relations & Copywriting:
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers, to promote the brand and manage public relations efforts.
- Collaborate with media partners to secure support, effectively cascade press releases, and serve as the brand's voice to increase visibility across both online and offline platforms.
- Assist in crafting press releases, media partnership proposals, and handling inquiries from media outlets.
- Track and monitor media coverage, identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility through earned media.
- Assist in media test drive scheduling.
- Write compelling and engaging copy for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, press releases for dealer openings, new product launch articles, email campaigns, and advertising campaigns copies.
- Edit and proofread digital and brand campaign content to ensure high-quality and error-free communication.
Administrative Support:
- Manage the administrative aspect of the Marketing Department, which may include maintaining communication with internal and external partners, preparing presentations, organizing schedules, filing pertinent documents, and coordinating with dealers, suppliers, and agencies.
- Maintain and update digital content calendars, ensuring the timely execution of marketing campaigns and content releases.
- Assist with the management of marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and processing invoices as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events and campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
- Participate in marketing-led events, whether physical or online, and provide necessary assistance as required.
