Target Achievement:
- Develop sales forecasts and contribute to overall sales objectives.
- Analyze internal sales data and external market information for strategy formulation.
- Regularly assess brand performance and address gaps through market/store audits.
Portfolio Management:
- Optimize portfolio performance by assessing historical sales, inventory, and market demand.
- Manage new product development, including pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products and handle slow-moving inventory.
Marketing Plan Design, Management, Implementation, and Evaluation:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to craft marketing and brand strategies.
- Translate strategies into marketing tactics, analyze market research, and incorporate insights.
- Collaborate with teams to develop trade marketing plans and implement marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and evaluate campaign performance.
Brand Messaging Delivery and Consistency:
- Strengthen brand identity, awareness, and consistency as the "Brand Champion."
- Implement brand-building tactics, generate new ideas for brand awareness, and ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
- Educational Background: Graduate in Marketing or related field.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of management experience in an FMCG Company, with expertise in brand planning and execution.
- Technical Skills: Experienced in ATL, BTL, and Digital Activations, successful in steering marketing programs, proficient in Market Research, Promotions, and Business Development.
- Generic Competencies: Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, strong planning and organizing abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, commanding presentation skills, commitment delivery, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous).
