• Promote Brand Awareness: Act as a passionate spokesperson for the gaming platform, representing its values and unique offerings to the gaming community.
• Community Engagement: Interact with players, fans, and influencers through social media, live streams, gaming events, and other platforms to build and maintain a strong community presence.
• Content Creation: Develop and share engaging content, tutorials, reviews, and other forms of gaming-related content that showcase the gaming platform of the company and its features.
• Customer Support: Provide support and assistance to players, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a positive user experience.
• Events and Sponsorships: Participate in gaming events, tournaments, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and connect with the gaming community.
• Feedback and Insights: Gather player feedback, suggestions, and insights to communicate to the internal teams and contribute to product improvement and development.
• Brand Advocacy: Encourage and empower community members to become brand advocates, fostering a positive and supportive gaming environment.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and gaming community preferences to inform marketing and promotional strategies.
• Represent the Brand: Serve as an ambassador at trade shows, conventions, and other industry events, representing the gaming platform in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on community engagement-signing up, feedback trends, and performance metrics to assess the impact of the brand.

• BS Accounting graduate or equivalent.
• With at least 1 to 2 years experienced is a plus but not required
• Knowledgeable of accounting processes and tax compliance
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
• Commendable oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Analytical skills with detail orientation
