Conduct a regular report to the senior management.
Assist the head baker creating new product and recipe development.
Assisting with the management of health and safety and food hygiene practices.
Supervise the team and ensure the staff to follow the standard operation procedure.
Responsible in inventory and ordering of stocks.
Supervises and coordinates activities of bakers and bakery clerk engaged in mixing, dividing, molding, and proofing of dough, and in baking, slicing, and wrapping of bread, pastries, and other bakery products: Examines dough and batter for specified consistency.
Reads charts of fermentation room and ovens to verify specified humidity and temperature.
Oversees operation of automatic machinery, such as rounding, curling, slicing, and wrapping machines to ensure maintenance of specified quality standards and production schedules.
職位要求
Bachelor's degree holder of any field (field of Food Industry, Business Management, Retail Industry, or related field is an advantage.
At least 1-3 years’ experience in related industry (food, retail, business)
Ability to administer/supervise group of personnel.
With basic to intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
