• Oversees Fleet and Maintenance: Ensures truck documents are compliant, schedules dispatch with the Maintenance Supervisor, conducts daily truck inspections, and assists the Repair Team.

• Directs Operations Staff: Delegates tasks to drivers and helpers, supervises Site Coordinators, and evaluates operational staff performance.

• Controls Logistics and Execution: Oversees hauler schedules, monitors daily client operations, and joins servicing for supervision when needed.

• Handles Documentation and Reporting: Completes all required operational documents (Job Orders, Manifests, etc.) and provides daily updates and plans to management (PCO, Supervisor, and General Manager).

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree

• 1–3 years of experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
