  • FOR POOLING
  • We are seeking a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Agent that is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues through phone calls, emails, or chat services. They ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns, processing transactions, and offering solutions based on company policies. BPO Agents must have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and office software
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
