Greet and interact with guests in a welcoming and professional manner at SWNG Golf Lounge.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health codes and company standards.
Manage inventory and re-stock bar supplies as needed.
Take food and drink orders and provide recommendations on our finest selections.
Contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment in a dynamic sports and recreation atmosphere.
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers.
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences, making recommendations as needed.
Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Maintain a clean bar area and comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree from an accredited institution.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in a bartending or related role.
Skills and Competencies:Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the quality of every drink and the satisfaction of every customer.
In-depth knowledge of different coffee beverages.
Proven upselling skills to promote specials and premium products.
Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
Exemplary customer service skills to provide a standout guest experience.
Good interpersonal skills to maintain a positive work environment.
Ability to ensure consistency in beverage preparation.
Proficiency in cocktail making with knowledge of classic and contemporary recipes.
