• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, and upselling skills.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for long hours on feet.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for coffee.
