職位要求

  • Job Title: Barista
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, coffee knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, upselling abilities, and proficiency in latte art.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, interact with customers, and handle transactions.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, reliable, adaptable, and committed to exceptional customer service.
