Assisting the Reservations Manager in all aspects of managing reservations, including processing requests, managing bookings, optimizing revenue, and providing excellent customer service. They may also be involved in training staff, monitoring sales tactics, and ensuring adherence to company policies. 

職位要求

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational abilities
  • Experience in reservations or customer service. 
  • They also need to be proficient in relevant software and understand revenue management principles. Experience in hospitality and sales is often preferred.
