Now, we’re looking for a visionary Art Director to lead our creative direction, mentor a small but mighty team, and help us explore the next frontier of content creation: AI-enhanced creativity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead visual direction and design output across campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence
• Ideate and execute high-performing social media visuals, stories, reels, carousels, and campaigns
• Manage and mentor junior designers and content creators
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account leads to bring content to life
• Develop and maintain visual guidelines for clients and new campaigns
• Explore and implement AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to boost creative output
• Manage timelines and production schedules to deliver on time and on brief

What We’re Looking For

✔ 4–6 years of design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead creative role

✔ Proven portfolio of social-first campaigns and brand storytelling

✔ Strong design and layout skills across motion, video, static, and branded content

✔ Passion for digital culture, trends, and what's next in content creation

✔ Hands-on with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and bonus if you’ve dabbled with AI tools

✔ Leadership mindset—comfortable giving feedback, presenting to clients, and pushing creative boundaries

✔ Curious and open to experimenting with new creative tech

Nice to Have

✨ Experience working in boutique agencies or startups

✨ Understanding of performance-driven creative (what makes people click, share, and convert)

✨ Interest in shaping a creative culture and team from the ground up

✨ Comfort with video direction or post-production workflows
