This position actively leads field teams, manages customer service delivery, and ensures quality and efficiency in on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance operations.
The main responsibilities of a FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR include:
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of automotive professionals, including technicians, service representatives, and administrative staff.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor and manage automotive service centers, dealerships, or retail outlets nationwide
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Optimize workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase automotive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels of vehicles, parts, and accessories.
- Analyze Inventory data and make recommendations for replenishment and adjustments.
Performance Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to workshop sales, customer feedback, service quality, and operational efficiency. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, such as dealer principals, suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with other field managers and corporate teams to share best practices and align strategies.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Assist in developing and managing budgets for the region, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize resource allocation.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and challenges.
- A college graduate of a 4-year course in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
- In a Field Service Supervisor role for at least 3-5 years.
- Able to understand automotive sales, service, and operations.
- Familiar with relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting; computer literate.
- Proficient in leadership and team management skills as well as communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to drive with a driver's license.
- Excellent in organizing records of all sales transactions and related documentation.
- Able to interpret data and make informed decisions: analytical mindset.
- Able to handle challenging situations effectively: problem-solving skills.
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: September 2025
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
