- Oversee sales activities within a designated area.
- Guide and support sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and competition.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy, key account management, organizational and administrative skills, problem-solving, multitasking, people management, and strong communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee sales teams, develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure targets are met.
- Assisting in recruitment, interviewing, hiring recommendation and training of store people (in-store).
- Ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and controls are followed.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for client meetings and team oversight.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be a team player, have strong leadership qualities, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
