Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve independently performing tasks and becoming subject matter experts in network security implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve issues in network security implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network security issues. - Develop and maintain documentation related to network security processes and procedures. - Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in network security implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Network Security Implementation - Strong understanding of network security protocols and technologies. - Experience with firewall configuration and management. - Knowledge of intrusion detection and prevention systems. - Familiarity with VPN technologies and secure network design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Security Implementation. - This position is based at our Manila office.
