Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. - Document application processes and maintain up-to-date records of changes and enhancements. - Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new applications. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in WorkForce Software Reporting and Analytics. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in WorkForce Software Time and Attendance. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards within WorkForce Software. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting and analytics. - Familiarity with data visualization techniques to enhance reporting effectiveness. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in WorkForce Software Reporting and Analytics. - This position is based at our Manila office.
