- Install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in HVAC technology or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair, preferably in commercial or intelligent buildings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct regular maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.
- Working Conditions: Work in various commercial settings, including indoor and outdoor environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and good communication skills.
