Manage advertising campaigns for overseas markets (e.g., Latin America); develop media-buying strategies, execute and optimize campaigns.
- Operate and manage ad-platform accounts (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, DSP etc.); handle audience targeting, budget allocation, and daily performance monitoring.
- Analyze key ad-performance metrics across channels, use multi-attribution tools, and provide optimization recommendations to improve user acquisition efficiency and ROI.
- Research financial-sector ad creatives and produce related scripts.
- Conduct real-time monitoring and research on global competitors’ ads to guide optimization direction and creative production.
Requirements
- Around 2 years or more of experience in advertising, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Hands-on expertise with major global ad channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, X etc.) for both app and web campaigns.
- Familiar with creative strategies for gaming ads; able to collaborate closely with design teams.
- Strong analytical and cross-department communication skills; capable of independently drafting reports and proposing actionable optimization plans.
