簡介
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation related to building equipment, maintenance, and projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Act as a liaison between tenants/clients and the Engineering & Maintenance team.
- Handle communications, requests, and complaints from tenants, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
- Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Supervisor and technicians.
- Track work orders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in procurement requests and monitoring of delivered supplies/equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and documentation standards.
職位要求
- Graduate of any course
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in technical/administrative support, facilities management, or related work.
- Knowledgeable in documentation, reporting, and basic inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in basic engineering/technical software is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle tenants/clients professionally.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Willing to support and coordinate with maintenance technicians and supervisor
- Willing for a full time position on site
