簡介

  • Assist the management preparation, organization and monitoring of client's documents, contract of lease and renewals, and requirements.
  • Follow up with clients regarding document submission, payments and pending requirements
  • Monitor and update records ensuring data accuracy .
  • Maintain and update company trackers (e.g., asset list, subscriptions, invoice trackers).
  • Communicate with suppliers for office supplies, laptops, monitors, and other office requirements.
  • Process business permits, gate pass, deliveries and other documents for Village/Building Administrator's disposition.
  • Follow up payments to Tenants and Brokers
  • Prepares, Quitclaim, bank Reconciliation with Client and Disbursement and other related concerns
  • Renewal of car sticker for all charlex vehicles (Paseo, Forbes, Multinaitonal, etc.)
  • Verifies worked of staff and collates & records leave applied for cut-off submission.
  • Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Assist tenant's request

職位要求

  • Bachelor's degree or college level preferred (Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Prior experience in real estate admin, documentation, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
