  • Manage front and back-office administrative tasks, including filing, typing, encoding, and document handling.
  • Maintain and organize staff records, inventory logs, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
  • Assist in coordinating hotel and restaurant schedules, reservations, and internal meetings.
  • Process timekeeping reports, attendance monitoring, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Support finance in preparing petty cash reports, reimbursement forms, and invoice tracking.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate with suppliers for procurement.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in guest or customer-related concerns that require administrative involvement.
  • Coordinate with hotel or restaurant department heads to relay messages or follow up on requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality industry standards in all documentation and procedures.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related course (preferred).
  2. At least 6 months of administrative or clerical experience; experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when needed.
