簡介

  • Managing office supplies (placing orders and monitoring inventory)
  • Handling petty cash
  • Preparing weekly reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintaining and updating company databases and office policies
  • Making accommodations, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel
  • Scheduling external as well as in-house events
  • Distributing and storing correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, and packages)
  • Booking meeting rooms when needed
  • Accommodating clients’ and employees' queries in a timely manner
  • Coordinating and maintaining client databases (loan requirements and records)
  • Liaising with government agencies for compliances
  • Organizing an efficient filing system for maintaining confidential and important company documents
  • Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, HRM, Accounting, or related fields
  • Additional certifications in office systems, records management, or HR are a plus
  • 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, clerical roles, or office coordination
  • Prior experience in handling confidential records, procurement, or budget tracking is highly valued
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, filing systems)
  • Basic knowledge of payroll systems, government forms (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and DOLE documentation
