Your Role
Thrive in your roll across 2 of our teams as a Administration Assistant, where you’ll assist in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity across key reporting and compliance activities.

What You’ll Be Bringing To The Table
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel with advanced keyboard skills
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Must have above average English communication skills both verbal and written
Able to work quickly and accurately
Can work independently
Experience with invoicing software is a plus
Email follow-ups experience is a plus
Communication method: Teams, Email & some Outbound Calls.
Your Daily Tasks
2-2.5 Days Per Week (Services)
· Uploading Invoicing from our Job Management System (Aroflo) to Client Portal
· Following up on outstanding POs with Team
· Debtors – Follow up 30 Day + Outstanding (via Email & Outbound Phone Calls)
· Debtor Queries > Follow up or internally
2-2.5 Days Per Week (Finance)
· Assisting managing invoice mailbox
· Logging received invoices into accounting package (cheops)
· Invoice follow up for project information
· Loading new suppliers into payment verification system
