簡介

  • Provides administrative support and executive support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Proposal Making, Files editing and encoding, Resume Update others as the need arises.
  • Handles pettycash liquidation
  • Schedule face to face and virtual meetings
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Supervise, manages and dispatches maintenance staff
  • Monitors all local government documents for renewal

Others as the need arises.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Can do multi tasking
  • Bachelors Degree in Management or any related course.
  • Has at least two years relevant experience but fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
