Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Accounts Administrator with expertise in Xero accounting software to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive bookkeeping and administrative support, ensuring smooth financial and operational processes. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

*Bookkeeping:

  • Administer accounts payable and receivable, ensuring supplier invoices and customer payments are processed accurately and on time as per the company policy.
  • Maintain accurate financial records through data entry in job management software (simPRO) and accounting software (Xero).
  • Reconcile supplier statements and customer payments promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare month end reports, including monthly expense reports, and aged payables/receivables summaries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

*Administrative:

  • Provide general business administration support to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize administrative processes, including managing daily schedules and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles, preferably with a focus on accounts administration.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
