簡介
- Oversee daily accounting operations and manage financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Implement accounting policies and improve internal controls.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CPA, financial management, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, audit, and financial analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial reporting, manage budgeting processes, ensure compliance, and lead audit activities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during fiscal year-end.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities.
