- Printing of IDR.
- Update and monitoring of unreturned Invoices.
- Tracking of courier reference
- Receiving items delivered in QB once actual deliveries are validated by warehouse.
- GR monitoring.
- Provide support to AR Team.
- Bachelor's degree in finance management or any related business courses.
- Self-motivated and able to plan activities.
- Excellence in Analytical skills and quick-witted.
- Ability to interpret analytical data that requires to record the data.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision with excellent attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good in communications skills, both oral and written.
