Ensure timely filing and payment of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns including schedules and alphalists/reliefs (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, income tax, final tax, DST), subject to review by the Accounting Manager
Monitor and review the issuance of BIR Form 2307 and payment of BIR Form 1606
Address tax-related queries from clients, suppliers, and management
Support the Accounting Manager during the annual audit of financial statements
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting Manager
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments for financial insights.
Support audits and provide necessary documentation.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial statements, financial reporting, general ledger accounting, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and auditing.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require additional hours during reporting periods.
