  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration field related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience is required; entry-level applicants are encouraged.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
