  • Manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
  • Reconcile accounts and handle discrepancies.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in financial reporting, maintain accurate records, and support audits.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during fiscal year-end.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
