1. Check Employee Cash Advance and Cash Voucher Reimbursements & Liquidations before payment.
2. Record transaction entries for Headquarters (HQ) and its subsidiary companies by use of an accounting system.
3. Ensure completeness of the vouchers and its relevant supporting documents.
4. Prepare monthly GHQ Financial Statement and Operating Expense Analysis.
5. Prepare Asset Reconciliation such as Cash and Banks.
6.. Review and control the balance of account.
7. Liaise and coordinate with requestors / applicants and Tax Department for transactions involving tax.
8. Other request assigned by Team Leader and/or Manager.
1. Candidate must have a Bachelor's / College Degree or above, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
2. At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the accounting field.
3. CPA is preferred but not required.
4. ERP accounting system experience is a plus.
5. Required language(s): English, Filipino
