簡介
Key Responsibilities- Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of financial records, including ledgers, spreadsheets, and invoices.
- Reconcile accounts and assist in resolving any discrepancies or outstanding issues.
- Support the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and other ad hoc reports.
- Process and verify payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with payroll processing and related financial tasks, where applicable.
- Maintain and update accounting systems and databases to ensure accurate data entry.
- Provide assistance during audits and help maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Support tax filings and other compliance-related duties.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting functions.
Skills & Qualifications- 1–6 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with payroll or tax compliance is a plus but not required.
- Openness to learning and adapting in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
