Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of financial records, including ledgers, spreadsheets, and invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist in resolving any discrepancies or outstanding issues.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and other ad hoc reports.
  • Process and verify payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related financial tasks, where applicable.
  • Maintain and update accounting systems and databases to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Provide assistance during audits and help maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Support tax filings and other compliance-related duties.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting functions.


Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–6 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with payroll or tax compliance is a plus but not required.
  • Openness to learning and adapting in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
