簡介

Key Responsibilities:

1. Directly report to the Accounting Manager for the daily and routine record-keeping for the Company of the deals and transactions, among others.

2. Must be able to handle the recording with a deep level of understanding on the transactions, the projects, and the behavior of the currency exchange rates.

3. Communicate with the Price Team to ensure efficient and accurate recording of the transactions.

4. Ensure that the transactions being recorded are valid.

5. Perform reconciliations necessary by communicating with other teams.

6. Maintain the ledgers for each currency and the transactions that occur for each.

7. Communicate with Admin and HR for the administrative expenses for recording.

8. Assist the Accounting Manager in the preparation of the computation of the gross profit and financial statements.

9. Assist the Accounting Manager in other relevant ad hoc tasks.


Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or a similar discipline.

2. Must be knowledgeable with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

3. Familiarity and knowledge on forex trading and the relevant accounting practices are an edge.

4. Has good communication skills.

5. Has good analytical skills.

6. Possesses keen attention to detail.

  • 7. Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
