1. Client Support & Relationship Management
- Support the CEO in handling key client accounts
- Help manage budgets, timelines, deliverables, and creative approvals when assigned
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and build strong working relationships
- Be proactive in identifying new opportunities or projects with existing clients
2. Team Support & Coordination
- Assist in recruiting and training new Account servicing team members as needed to grow "your" team
- Work and coordinate with part-time/ contract creatives or project managers
- Support the setup of basic systems for smoother project tracking and internal communication
- Source suppliers or contractors in completing projects as needed
3. Project & Campaign Management
- Oversee assigned campaigns from briefing to execution and completion
- Coordinate with internal teams (events, creatives, production, media) to keep things on track
- Review materials before client submission to ensure quality and alignment with expectations
4. Internal Communication & Problem Solving
- Post event assessment and Share client feedback with the team to help improve our output
- Flag any issues or concerns early and coordinate with the CEO to resolve them
- Help make sure clients are happy and projects run smoothly
5. Sales & Business Development Support
- Collaborate with the CEO on new business proposals and decks, join pitches or exploratory calls as needed
- Help expand accounts and support new project wins
- Participate in defining quarterly KPI goals for the team
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit weekly updates to the CEO on account and project status
- Assist in preparing client reports, post-campaign recaps, and tracking files
7. On-Ground Event Support
- Events management, including helping with ingress/egress when necessary
- Take on additional assignments as delegated by the CEO in support of agency operations and growth
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within the marketing, events, or advertising industry.
- Client Management: Strong background in handling and nurturing key client accounts, with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Project & Campaign Management: Demonstrated success in overseeing end-to-end campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and high-quality outputs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to handle negotiations and present proposals confidently.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and conflict-resolution skills; proactive in identifying risks and implementing solutions.
- Business Development: Ability to support sales initiatives, contribute to pitches, and help expand accounts.
