Engaging key partner clients and building good business relationships with them
Act as an ambassador for the company to establish goodwill among other key suppliers
Achieve sales targets by performing the sales cycle; generate and qualify new sales leads
Conduct presentations regarding the status of projects with clients; prepare relevant and necessary documents related to maintaining the account
Act as liaison with all the internal departments involved in servicing existing and potential clients; in charge of making sure all projects committed meet the standard SLAs given by clients
Prepare the necessary sales reports required by internal and external clients

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field
At least 2 years of work experience in Account Management
Proficient in the use of basic applications like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including email access
Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills
Effective English communication skills, both oral and written
Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques
Efficient facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions
Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals
