Conducts appropriate orientation to newly hired employees discussing the industry they were assigned and the process of each clients that needs to be accomplished.
Monitors the attendance and punctuality of each employees using different platforms and ensure that the employee is working under a current job description and a classification appropriate to the duties and timekeeping.
Directly coordinates to client and give updates and reports on a weekly or monthly basis pertaining to sales, attendance summary, arising incidents, business review, etc.
Assist client in scheduling of product orientation, office day meeting, as well as general assembly. Collaborates with clients needs in terms of deployment and monitoring of employees.
Conducts performance evaluation to employees in coordination with our clients and their recommendation, according to their key performance indicator (KPI). After which, will be discussed to employees as acknowledgement.
Attends to client call with urgency such as reporting to offices for an immediate action due to incidents, background checks and providing assistance for erring employees due to grave offenses. Address and act on every concern raised by employees, and shall not allow direct complaints to client. All reports must be transparent with the management.

With At least 1-2 year experience in the same field
